The creative behind the pen and I also go by Jess!

Let me start off with my calligraphy love story. It all started in 2017 in pursuit of a creative outlet. I picked up calligraphy as a hobby and it quickly became my passion. I found joy in adding personal touches of calligraphy to cards and presents. At the time I was also working in the luxury fashion industry and used my newfound skill for influencer gifting. 

In 2020, Ink and Rhythm Calligraphy was born. I took my love of calligraphy to the next level as I worked on passion projects and created a side hustle. I fell in love with the opportunities, challenges, and personal growth that came along with running a business. Fast forward to now, I've had many "pinch me" moments from working inside Disneyland to collaborating with celebrity events. Although, the best interactions I've had are always the genuine moments of meeting people that are touched by what I've made for them and seeing that reaction in real-time.

Aside from being a creative entrepreneur, I balance working a full-time job in the skincare/cosmetics industry and being a dog mom to a sweet and spoiled maltipoo named Noodle. Making art is one of the things that bring me joy, and I'm most proud to say that because of where my calligraphy journey has taken me, I get to share that with you!
